Franklin County 30 (home), Batesville 28

Edited report from Franklin County AD Denny Dorrel- FCHS was down to Batesville 28-18 with two matches to go. Seniors Evan Seal and Adam Crouch both needed pins to earn the team victory. Seal pinned his opponent in the first round then Crouch followed with a pin in the second round to secure the win.  This victory marked the 100th career victory for senior Adam Crouch.  Other Wildcat  winners included: Breck Bohman, Hayden Newell and Clayton Bolser.

Edited report from Batesville coach Curtis Miller- Batesville traveled to Franklin County for a dual. The Bulldogs brought eight wrestlers and won 6 out of 8 matches. However, the three forfeits they gave up led to a 30-28 defeat. Three Bulldogs won by pin: juniors Jy’lil Chappell and Chase Hamilton along with freshman Tacoma Nicholas. Junior Josh Mobley won by major decision. Senior Jacob Weigel and junior Alex Murphy won by decision. Senior Tyler Schaeffer and freshman Mason Neely also competed.
