Lawrenceburg’s Jeremy Shepherd- “Weight class champions going 5-0 were Spencer Gordon, Grant Stapleton, Corbin Walston, Noah Rowlett, Andrew Roberts, Ethan Parris and Daulton Dixon. Special thanks to the managers and all the parents who came and supported the team and brought food.”

Rushville’s Mark Mathews- “Leading the Lions was Marcus Vaughn going a perfect 5-0 with five pins and was weight class champion at 182. Nick Lawler finished 4-1 and was weight class champion at 170. Lowell Joya finished with four wins as well. Carter Newton, Cody Smith, Ethan Bergen and Devin Richardson all had three wins. Dylan Galusha finished with two wins whil Austen Gerrian and Braydon Spiker had a win each in varsity action. Austen Gerrian, Emerson Hornsby, and Jacob Followell all picked a win in junior varsity action.”

Batesville’s Curtis Miller-“Batesville traveled to Milan to compete in five duals. This was the Bulldogs first true test of the season as they went 2-3 on the day as a team  Leading Batesville was Axel Garcia (182) and Josh Mobley (152) with four victories each and JT Linkel (145) with three victories. Two wins each were recorded by Tyler Schaeffer (132), Brandon Manning (195), Alex Murphy (113), Jonah Chase (138) and Jacob Weigel (160).  Nick Nobbe (170) had one victory. Competing and winning in JV matches were Vonley Hund (145) and Nathan Livers (160).
