Rushville’s Nan Scanlan: The Lady Lions‘ varsity has put together a couple of really good games right before sectionals.  I am really excited about our chances going into Tuesday’s match with Batesville.  The varsity currently stands at 12-13 and 2-5 in the conference.

Coach Scanlan: The JV Lions also played well and I feel they are where they need to be going into the EIAC Conference Tournament Saturday at Greensburg.

Coach Scanlan: The second set was dominated by the serving of Molly Zachery as she served for 13 straight points with 6 aces.  For the match Molly had 20 points with 8 aces.   I am extremely proud of the freshmen as they have improved so much since the beginning of the year.  I have to give all the credit to my two assistant coaches, Casey Back and Kassi Budka.
