Greensburg coach June Rigney: It was a solid night for the Pirates as we were in control the entire match and were able to play aggressively and execute. Strong serving was led by Taylor Cooney who was 21-21, followed by Anna West and Emma DeWeese who were both 14-14. As a team, we served well with only 2 errors and 12 aces.

Offensively we were led by West and Josie Nobbe who both had 10 kills, while Aliyah Evans followed with 9. We also capitalized on 7 blocks throughout the match, so we were doing a nice job of setting the blocks in the correct position thanks to our outsides in Ellie Jackson, Emma Chapman, Taylor Cooney and Nobbe.

Defensively, Raegan Rigney was active in the back row getting touches allowing us to stay in points and Cooney was playing with a great sense of awareness, being offensive causing them to play out of system. We are now 13-1.

We thank coach Rigney for the match info.
