Team Results: Bloomington North, 1st/98 points; Bloomington South, 2nd/93.5; Edgewood, 3rd/42; Southwestern (Hanover), 14th/11

Advancement to the State Finals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place regional winners in all individual events and relays plus any individual or relay team meeting the 3 Participant Standard in the regional finals of their event.

  • 400m Dash: 4th –Mitchell Cline, Southwestern, 49.80 (Advances via the State meet call back)
  • 300m Hurdles: 5th –Caleb Ream, Southwestern, 41.65
  • 200m Dash: 8th-Mitchell Cline, Southwestern, 23.93
  • 4x400m Relay: 8th-Southwestern, 3:35.19

Meet comments from Switzerland County coach Adam Pietrykowski: “Zach Howlett wrapped up a very successful career as a Pacer by throwing both the Shot Put and Discus at the Bloomington North Regional Thursday night. Zach finished 13th in Shot Put and 11th in Discus. His discus throw was a new career best and moved him into 2nd place all-time in school history.  We are very proud of him and all the student-athletes who competed for us this year.”
