FOR EVENTS HELD- January 27-February 1

Hotlists are top individual performances or notable achievements of the REPORTING team for the sport and event date shown.  A final event result is also provided.  Details per athlete will vary based on what is reported/available.  Should more than one team report for the same event, each team will have its own hotlist entry as they are listed by school.  The hotlist may be updated occasionally up to 72 hours after the event date, so please check back.  We thank everyone who contributed to this hotlist.

Batesville Varsity- In a Tuesday invitational meet at Brebeuf, Batesville was 4th out of 18 teams with 221 points.  Brebeuf won with 294 followed by Cathedral (277) and Roncalli (260). Top Bulldog performances included: (1st) 200 Medley Relay (Will Johnson, Ben Moster, Ethan Brewer, Sean Callahan); (3rd) 200 Free Relay (Moster, Brewer, Johnson, Callahan).

Batesville JV- At Tuesday’s Brebeuf Invite, Bulldog top performers included: (2nd) 200 Medley Relay (Joseph Shroder, Ciaran Tyrer, Derek VanSickle, Nathan Villani), (2nd) Shroder- 50 Free), (3rd) Austin Pohlman- 50 Free, (4th) 200 Free Relay (Alex Livers, Grant Story, Ean Loichinger, Vonley Hund), (4th) JV 400 Free Relay (shroder, Story, Pohlman, Kuisel)

East Central Varsity- In a Tuesday dual meet, East Central lost 100-86 at Columbus North. Trojan event winners included: Jackson Ketcham- 200 Free & 100 Fly, Nick Weber – 50 Free & 100 Free, John Crawley – diving, Ray Krider – 500 Free and the 400 Free Relay.

Milan Varsity- In a Thursday quad meet win at Switzerland County, Milan won with 105 points followed by South Dearborn (70), Lawrenceburg (64) and Switzerland County (61). Event winners for the Indians included: Adam Volz – 200 IM, Noah Haessig – 50 Free & 100 Back, Ben Hartwell – 100 Breaststroke, 200 Medley Relay (Volz, Hartwell, Haessig, Hancock) and 200 Free Relay (Haessig, Schwipps, Hartwell, Hancock).

Southwestern Varsity- In a Thursday triple dual meet with Providence and Shawe, Southwestern lost to Providence 84-53 but beat Shawe 56-12.  Rebel event winners included: 200 Medley Relay (Ethan Besse, Andrew Stoner, Caleb Geary, Logan Williams), Geary- 200 Free & 100 Free, Besse- 200 IM and 200 Free Relay (Williams, Besse, Stoner, Geary).

Shawe Varsity- In a Thursday triple dual meet, Shawe lost 102-10 to Providence and 56-12 to Southwestern.  Hilltopper event winner was Ale Giaveri- 50 Free.

East Central Varsity- At Saturday’s Centerville Invitational, East Central won with 378.5 points. They were followed by New Castle (250), Milan (201), Hagerstown (155) and Centerville (140.5). Trojan event  winners included: Nick Weber – 200 Free & 100 Back, Owen Matthew – 50 Free, John Crawley – Diving, Jackson Ketcham – 100 Fly & 100 Breast, Ray Krider – 100 Free, Kaden Cummins – 500 Free and all three relays.  EC finishes the regular season 27-2 overall and 13-0 in the EIAC.
