Franklin County 4, Union County 0 (home) (FC 2-0 at half)

Edited match recap from Franklin County coach Cindy Adams:  Our girls were overdue for a game and it showed in the way they set the pace in this match.  They moved the ball quickly off the first kickoff with give and gos between Dozier and Gibson to march down the field. They never looked back.  The teamwork, ball movement and simple possession soccer played to the strength of the Wildcats. They outshot Union County 22-5. The defense held together well and had a collective shutout.

Franklin County stats: goals- Jordan Nichols 3 (first hat trick of the season), Kamryn Dozier; assists- Kylee Gibson 2, Grace Kruthhaupt, Erica Weaver; saves- Josie Rolfes 5.

We thank everyone from each school who contributed to the recaps.
