Senior Maggie Brack and junior Gracie Graf tied for fifth place overall. Maggie took home the fifth place trophy in a scorecard playoff.

My team was able to put together another solid round and improve from the day before. Anytime there’s improvement, no matter how small, a coach will always be happy. We will continue to work hard on the small stuff at practice and hopefully make even bigger improvements in our next tournament.

Batesville coach Tom Meyer: The Batesville Lady Bulldogs finished third out of nine teams at the Union County Invitational with a score of 410. Richmond won with 347. Franklin County had 358. Freshman Emma Weiler was again meet medalist with a score of 79.

We thank coaches Mears and Meyer along with Batesville AD Bryan Helvie for the invitational information.
