Reports from local coaches…

Shawe’s Jim Leveille: Calli Alderman completed her season Saturday at a rain soaked semi-state meet held at Brown County. Calli finished 51st out of 174 runners with a time of 20:43.4. A mud splattered Alderman turned on the speed the last half mile but not quite enough to break into the top 10 individuals moving on to state.

Calli had an outstanding freshman season. This was a hard and wet day, but it has incentivized her to finish the process by going into next season to complete the road to the state meet. We are all very proud of her at Shawe.

We thank the IHSAA for the full results and coach Leveille for his report.
