Oldenburg coach Ken Getz: We knew Lawrenceburg had been putting points on the board. They didn’t disappoint their fans as they scored twice in the first 10 minutes or so.  LHS is fast and they pressure you all over the field.  We were slow moving the ball and had a hard time making any connecting passes. I am not sure we had over two passes in a row.  Every pass we made seemed like it went straight to LHS.

The two goals we gave up were a result of stabbing and not clearing the ball.  This is something we talk about and work on every day.  We didn’t have a lot of offense, although we did have a couple good looks.  The best one we had, their keeper made a great save about halfway into the second half.  He laid out for it. It is always a battle with LHS and the fans were treated to a good one.

We thank coach Getz, Lawrenceburg coach DeWayne Uhlman and AD secretary Judy Reese for the match information.
