Coach John Blackwell’s Tigers smoked the nets five times from long distance to post a 17-14 lead at the end of the opening eight minutes.  Garrett and Gavin Yoon both bagged a pair of triples while Dakota Roth added one more bomb.  Gavin Yoon also hit a field goal to lead all scorers with eight points.

Miles Wilkison had a trey and a deuce to head the Pirates in the period with five points.  Andrew Welage bucketed two field goals for four points.  Lane Sparks completed a three-point play for three.

Nine points by Welage helped give the Bucs a brief lead late in the second quarter. However, an Ashton Craig offensive rebound and assist for Jackson Bobo’s final inside shot of the half lifted LHS to a 26-25 advantage at the break.

L’burg scored the first nine points of the third to log its biggest lead of the night, 35-25, but then coach Stacy Meyer’s Pirates righted the ship.  Greensburg outscored the visitors 14-2 over the remainder of the quarter to regain a 39-37 edge.  Sparks led the late charge with eight points while Gavin Yoon had an early run of nine points.

That 14-2 surge extended into the fourth frame as the Pirates put in the next nine points to go up 48-37.  The Tigers never recovered and Greensburg improved its conference leading record to 5-0 with a 58-46 victory.  Lawrenceburg fell to 3-1 in league play.
