(BKT/MG-Thu) Sunman-D ‘Black’ logs two wins over Laurel

St. Leon- It was a pair of wins for Sunman-Dearborn “Black” at home Thursday against Laurel Junior High.

While baskets were at a premium in the seventh grade game, the Trojans managed to win 13-9. Scoring for S-DMS were: Robyn Shumate 4, Brittney Lavin 4, Ariel Deater 2, Audrey Vogelgesang 2 and Peyton Yocum 1.

The eighth grade ladies from St. Leon also won 26-22. Kendall Gindling led the way S-D with eight points. Nikki Steinmetz followed with five points.
