Game notes: Rising Sun snapped a 21-game losing streak to Lawrenceburg.  The Shiners had not beaten the Tigers since January 6, 2005.  LHS continues to play without injured leading scorer Curtis White.

There were 15 lead changes.  Rising Sun’s biggest leads were 7 points in the first quarter, 8 in the second, 5 in the third and 5 in the fourth.  Lawrenceburg’s biggest leads were 2 in the second, 1 in the third and 3 in the fourth.

The Tigers led 66-63 with 3:28 to play after a basket by Gavin Yoon.  The Shiners’ Trenton Gridley put back on offensive rebound at 3:08 to make it 66-65.  Noah Pflum gave RS a 1-point lead, 67-66, at 2:10.  Logan Lawrence’s offensive stick back put LHS up one, 68-67, at 0:47.  Pflum hit what proved to be the gaming winning shot for the Shiners just 4 seconds later.  Lawrenceburg had three shots in the final 30 seconds including a 3-pointer as time expired but none of them fell.
