About Us
I’m Bryce Kendrick, President of SEI Local Sports. I have been covering and supporting youth athletics in various capacities since I first picked up a p.a. microphone in 1980.
I’ve done public address or live radio play by play for well over 1,500 sporting events. I’ve also been a sports director, writer, broadcast coordinator and tournament director plus a coach, referee/umpire and league advisor for multiple sports.
Those who know me understand how passionate I am about youth athletics. While I was an average athlete when I was in school, I really enjoyed competing and nothing felt better than when I was recognized for a job well done.
That’s what this site is all about… recognizing the efforts and achievements of as many young area athletes as possible on a daily basis. I want them to feel as good as I did each time I got a pat on the back.
